The Star Trek: Kirk vs. Picard contest is going strong, and to inspire and entertain the writers who are participating, I, uh . . . performed . . . some Kirk and Picard dialog from the first round finalists' submissions.
My Picard impression, quite honestly, sucks out loud. I'm still getting over the ear infections, and since I can't hear him correctly in my head, my voice isn't nearly deep enough. Kirk, however, is a hell of a lot easier and infinitely more fun. I've been doing that imitation pretty! much! mywholelife, and I can always fall back on Jason Alexander's pitch-perfect impression when my own interpretation begins to wander.
