Are you one of the bloggers or live journalers who was impacted by the power outage and subsequent server crash-o-rama today? I have this feeling that a lot of my fellow bloggers saw the sun for the first time in a long time this afternoon. Aloe is your friend, my friends.
Anyway, if you're coming to Nerd Prom and would like to see any of the panels I'm on, here's a handy pocket schedule:
Thursday July 26This year is going to be a lot of fun for me, I think. I don't have a ton of panels to do, but I have a ton of panels I'm going to go listen to, so I can write about them for GiR. I'm also going to finally meet up with other writers who I like and admire, which should be really, really fun.

Comic-Con played a huge role in where I am in my life today, because it's where I met Loren and Ben, who convinced me to create WWdN and grow beyond my silly Where's My Burrito? site at Geocities. It's also where I did my first in-booth signing of Just A Geek with Mysterious Galaxy. I'm really excited to attend this year, as a professional (it'll be on my badge and everything) and as a fan . . . but mostly as a fan.
